Work that is not adequately described in advance by Customer may require additional payment(s) when Services required to do the job exceed bid amount(s). Payments will be applied first to a customer's outstanding balance, if any, and then toward scheduled services. Property Support Services LLC reserves the right to refuse a payment for work and / or to return the portion of payment(s) that exceed a customer's account unpaid balance, if any, or for work or services that we or our subcontractors cannot perform or if we cannot otherwise deliver service(s) to which we agreed. Property Support Services LLC is in no event responsible for loss of time and in no event will our liability exceed any amount paid.
